Forgiveness

It's okay. Whatever negative emotions you feel in this current moment, give them up to the universe. It's okay to let things go. Holding on to these emotions isn't benefiting you or people surrounding you. Why is letting go of something so painful so hard?
Are you upset over something you did? Is it because you feel someone else's actions are responsible for making you hurt? Either way, holding on to negative emotions doesn't do anything for the love and light we wish to share with others.
If someone recently hurt you and you are still feeling the sadness, anger, or guilt, let it go, forgive them. If you are upset with yourself, forgive yourself. Please understand that forgiving them or yourself does not make their/your actions okay. Forgiveness will help you to let go of the emotional pain holding you back. Reflect on the situation in a positive light, learn from what happened, grow in a positive direction.
Forgive, reflect, learn, and grow. It is that simple. Once we start letting go of the negativity surrounding us and start to see the positivity, the good vibes will manifest for you!! Meditation, nature walks, or just some alone time with your phone off can really help clear your head. If all you can think about during these quiet times are negative, just breathe. On the exhale, let go of the negativity. On the inhale, bring in the positivity and light.
